SHIPPING & HANDLING

Handling Time Projection:

Items will be shipped within 3 business days via USPS/UPS/FEDEX. You will be provided a shipping confirmation via email which will contain your tracking number. If there is a delay in shipping an order, you will be contacted via email. 

*Please note that the shipping address entered during checkout will remain unaltered in any way, shape, or form and we are unable to make any changes once your order is confirmed. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer is ultimately responsible for the cost to reship the item(s).


CANCELLATION / RETURN / EXCHANGE

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
You may cancel your order via email up to the time that your order is shipped. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.. All Sales Are Final. NO RETURNS! NO REFUNDS!


WARRANTY POLICY

If your item arrives damaged or defected the customer must contact us within 2 days of delivery.  If the hat shows absolutely no signs of wear, we will work with the customer to replace it or issue store credit ONLY to be used at a later time. We aim to sell only products of the highest quality, however, nothing is bulletproof! Warranty does not cover creases, hat stains or discoloration.
